Having worked with the Sydney Swans AFL team for 16 years and implementing core stability programs for the NSW rugby league rep teams (Harold Matthews, SG Ball and Tarsha Gale) along with the Australian Women’s Water Polo and cricket teams has given Cameron an in-depth knowledge of a range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. He is a highly experienced Sports Physiotherapist, having taught pelvic and rib dysfunctions, hip and groin injury, and treatment at the level 1, 2 and 3 Sports Physiotherapy courses for the College of Physiotherapy Australia.

In his spare time, Cameron enjoys surfing and playing touch rugby while enjoying a glass of wine with friends on the weekend. He is keenly interested in training and nutrition, aiming to maintain a healthy lifestyle through regular gym sessions.

Joseph has extensive experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. He is passionate about advocating and delivering effective management of persistent musculoskeletal pain. Rather than treating the pathology only, Joseph takes the time to explore contributing factors and underlying movement patterns that lead to injury. It ensures not only a successful recovery but also prevents re-injury. Joseph uses a comprehensive range of assessment and treatment modalities, including Real-time Ultrasound assessment, EMG studies, and Pilates Reformers, emphasising education strategies to support self-management.
